What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading education or humanitarian programs where I can drive quality, build partner capacity, manage operations, and use evidence to improve learning outcomes.

I am a program leader with extensive experience designing and managing education and humanitarian programs across Malawi. I have directed academic and operational teams, overseen budgets and procurement, and built partnerships with government, NGOs, and multilateral stakeholders.

In my recent role I coordinated program implementation, strengthened monitoring and quality-control systems, and led training for local partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. I have supervised assessments, impact evaluations, and community feedback mechanisms to inform adaptive program improvements.

Previously I managed a Community Learning Center, directing academic programs, recruiting and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards. I developed systems to track student performance, program activity, and operational integration with global strategies.

I bring hands-on experience in curriculum development, psychosocial support, and capacity strengthening at decentralized levels, and I focus on using evidence and collaboration to improve learning outcomes and program sustainability.
