I’m a finance and payments professional who takes pride in getting things right. I’ve built my career on processing, verifying, and coordinating financial transactions across complex multi-entity environments, bringing attention to detail and follow-through that keeps payment operations clean, compliant, and on time.

With experience in SAP and Oracle Financials, plus MS Excel, I focus on invoice review and validation, payment verification and processing, and accurate payment status tracking and reporting. I’m comfortable working with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries quickly—identifying discrepancies, managing exceptions, and escalating unresolved issues to prevent issues before they escalate.

I’ve supported audit-ready financial records by maintaining accurate financial record-keeping, documentation for audit purposes, internal controls compliance, and reconciliation. In month-end closing activities, I ensured all payment records were reconciled and documentation was complete for reporting and audit purposes, while standardising reconciliation templates and improving reporting cadence through Excel automation.

Most recently, I’ve extended my strengths in structured, high-volume operations to client-facing resolution. I managed end-to-end claims and project queries by reviewing case details, verifying documentation, applying defined policies, and maintaining precise records of all case activity—delivering clear updates, managing expectations, and meeting quality, accuracy, and response-time targets.
