Previously, I worked as a QA Engineer at Amar Bank and Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi, and as a QA Analyst at Bukalapak and Mitramas Infosys Global. My work included test planning, manual and automated testing, defect tracking, and UAT support using tools and frameworks including TestRail, JIRA, Robot Framework, Python, Selenium, and Appium.
