At Royal Caribbean Group, I managed system engineers supporting information systems including SeaCare, CrunchTime, SeaEvent, Riskonnect, Accubar, and AMOS. I also coordinated fleet-wide upgrades and managed software upgrade rollouts.
Earlier, I scheduled deployments of guest-facing systems across newbuilds, drydocks, and production ships, including Internet Café, Electronic Waivers, Adventure Ocean Kids, Apple iPad ITV Solution, and Luggage Tracking RFID. I led a cross-functional team to roll out updates to several of these systems.
As an Information Systems Analyst, I managed a $2.3M budget and a team of twelve network and security engineers to design, build, and develop the company’s first Wireless Internet Café system, deployed across 35 ships.
During my career break, I’ve provided consulting services supporting clients’ Windows and Mac devices and iPhones. I’m also preparing for a sailing trip from Florida to Brazil, taking Portuguese classes, and learning through Anthropic AI Claude courses.
