William Ledford

At US LBM Holdings, I serve as a coastal estimator for new neighborhoods, after first working as a subcontractor. I also operate Creative Construction Services, completing commercial and residential updates, restoration work, and home-improvement repairs throughout Wilmington.

I've led reconstruction, field operations, and construction crews across healthcare, military, restaurant, historic restoration, and custom-home projects. My work includes medical construction involving infection control and negative air, fire walls, vapor barriers, subcontractor management, quality control, scheduling, and coordination with medical staff, managers, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
