What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead field or operational teams where I can improve safety, fleet readiness, compliance, inventory control, and customer outcomes through hands-on coaching and performance data.

At Kapps Green Lawn, I manage workflows for 11 field technicians and support leadership for a 22-person field team. I oversee technical onboarding, fleet readiness for 32 service vehicles, safety audits, chemical-use reviews, inventory procurement, and customer escalations.

I've led operations across lawn care, document processing, field service, distribution, home installation, automotive purchasing, and sales coordination. I use Fleetio, Azuga, Excel, Salesforce, and performance reporting to improve route execution, compliance, quality, and team performance.
