Syrian Arab RepublicWhat I'm looking for
At Nobalaa.Co, I own end-to-end backend delivery for production web and mobile systems. I designed and built Holol Academy and Arsltek OTP, from data modeling and APIs through integrations, testing, and operational documentation.

Arsltek OTP handles messaging, billing, and client provisioning. I implemented WhatsApp messaging and payment workflows with concurrency safeguards, webhook verification, and queued retries; I’ve also built procurement, clinic operations, and workflow-risk analysis projects.
