Wilkens Exavier

I’m a creative, detail-oriented Digital Media Specialist with 10+ years of experience producing, filming, editing, and livestreaming high-quality video content for government, media, and entertainment organizations. I bring a strong technical command of cameras, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows to every project.

Since March 2024, I’ve served as lead videographer and video editor for the State of New Jersey – Department of Children and Families (DCF), where I record and produce the official podcast “DCF On the Air.” I also film, edit, and livestream departmental events, announcements, and public-facing updates while managing broadcast-quality lighting, audio, and camera setups.

From September 2020 to March 2024, I worked as a Multimedia Specialist for the New Jersey Senate – Senate Majority Office, producing video content around legislative initiatives, bill signings, and community engagement. I filmed and edited Senators at in-district and State House events and collaborated with communications teams to deliver polished multimedia for public release.

Earlier in my career, I edited episodic and promotional content for CHIKARA Pro Wrestling and managed end-to-end post-production workflows under tight deadlines. I’m currently focused on continued growth in videography, film, and post-production—bringing cinematic craft, reliable execution, and engaging storytelling to every assignment.
