In my student internship, I’m building a Hyper-V environment on a physical server, including a virtual switch and a domain controller with Active Directory DS and DNS. The work is progressing through a 13-stage plan that includes Group Policy, monitoring, backups, and VLAN segmentation.
In 2026, I diagnosed a VPN outage affecting two branch offices by analyzing traffic and identifying missing inbound GRE traffic. I deployed SSTP on TCP/443 with a custom CA, confirmed it with the client, and documented the solution for the team.
My Proxmox home lab includes its own domain and an isolated penetration-testing environment, plus a site-to-site IPsec lab using FortiGate and MikroTik. I’m studying computer science and bring hands-on experience in mechatronics and electrical installation; I’m looking for a systems administration, networking, or cybersecurity role or internship.
