I'm seeking a remote operations or management consulting opportunity where I can apply cross-industry leadership, KPI management, process improvement, and client-focused operational experience.

At McGee Ford Groblersdal, I lead the service department, planning daily workflow, tracking KPIs, managing quality control, and resolving client escalations. I rebuilt client relationships and a stable, high-performing team through a period of multiple new hires while lifting CX scores.

Across Rosle Boerdery and Risseeuw Boerdery, I managed citrus production, packhouse operations, export documentation, quality compliance, and end-to-end logistics from farm to port. I have led workforces of up to 120 labourers and managed orchard establishment, irrigation, fertilizer, herbicide, and chemical spray programmes.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Business Administration and bring hands-on operational leadership together with advanced Excel-based data capturing, cleaning, reporting, and process tracking.
