At BetterLesson, I rebuilt and branded Customer Experience as a core growth function, helping accelerate company revenue from $12M to more than $20M in one fiscal year. I owned $30M+ ARR across 200 enterprise accounts, raised ACV 2.5x, and built customer journeys and tech-touch programs that expanded engagement capacity per CSM by 3x.
