At Ethnocentrique Limited, I supported the Fashion Future Program across training coordination, MERL, report writing, call centre operations, and employment-pathway support.
In MERL, I supported baseline surveys and KPI-based monitoring using SurveyCTO and KoboCollect. I digitised over 1,700 participant consent forms, matching them to participant records and uploading them to the central dashboard.
I wrote recurring field activity reports and supported training of 200 BTS Cohort Master Craft Persons through report writing. I also coordinated trainer schedules, prepared attendance materials, and verified required documentation at assessment centres.
My work also included outbound calls to MSMEs and Youth Participants, field support for retainership contracts, and maintaining Excel trackers. As an ICT Teacher at Redeemer's International School, I delivered digital literacy lessons in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
