At The Woodlands Financial Group (TWFG), I architect and govern a multi-carrier commissions system, design API frameworks to optimize data ingestion, and lead validation and reconciliation frameworks using SQL and advanced analytics to ensure alignment between carrier deposits and agent funding cycles.

I also lead cloud and modernization efforts—governing migration of legacy financial systems to cloud-based infrastructure to improve uptime to 99.9% and enable scalable, high-growth operating models. Earlier, at Alight Solutions, I owned payroll and tax architecture for multi-state compliance environments and modernized high-volume data into high-availability environments, improving reporting speed by 30% while directing cross-functional offshore and international teams.
