What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role building scalable, governed cloud data platforms where I can mentor teams, enable ML/LLM use cases, and deliver measurable business impact in a collaborative, security-conscious environment.

I am a data engineering leader with 8+ years designing and scaling modern data platforms across AWS and Azure, progressing from Data Engineer to Lead. I focus on data modeling, ETL/ELT, streaming, governance, and analytics to deliver reliable, production-grade pipelines.

At Afiniti I led a team of eight engineers, built a scalable real estate platform handling 1M+ daily requests, implemented Delta Lake and dbt workflows, and enforced GDPR, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance. I also managed cloud infrastructure, Airflow orchestration, and automated deployments with Terraform and Jenkins.

Previously I integrated disparate systems into real-time platforms using Kafka, Debezium, PySpark and Delta Lake, and migrated legacy healthcare reporting to modern warehouses to accelerate reporting cadence. I have strong experience enabling ML and LLM workflows by producing high-quality datasets for model training and inference.

I bring hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery and streaming technologies, and I prioritize maintainable, version-controlled data workflows, observability, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business value.
