At Aseer Municipality, I analyze requirements for government digital transformation initiatives and turn business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and system documentation. I coordinate with business owners, developers, and technical teams through development, testing, and UAT.
For Rasin, the Quality Management & Inspection System, I completed requirements analysis and BRD, BRS, and SRS documentation, then supported testing, training, and system launch. For Tajawub, I documented the contact-center processes, including ticket flows, escalations, SLA rules, screens, reports, and KPIs, and prepared the analysis package for development and testing.
My work also includes the KKU Lab System at King Khalid University, where I prepared requirements documentation and designed screens and process visualizations. I use Figma and Draw.io for wireframes and workflows, and have prepared more than 40 analytical, technical, operational, and administrative files across projects and organizations.
