At Masdr Data Solutions, I digitized Bank Commitment workflows for GOSI and partner banks, covering over 5,000 commitments across six banks. I also delivered a Zoho financial dashboard and defined automated reporting that saved the accounting team eight hours each month.
On GOSI's Aamaly Health Insurance Platform, I facilitated requirements workshops, delivered controlled access and alerts to 16 support agents, and supported onboarding of 7+ insurers. I reverse-engineered legacy workflows into BPMN 2.0 models and created the platform's first formal documentation.
Earlier at Masdr, I engineered Java Spring Boot APIs and worked on Oracle SQL scripts and Health Insurance Platform interfaces. At Thiqah Business Services, I translated requirements into user stories and mapped processes; I also hold a BSc in Software Engineering and CSPO certification.
