What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in business and systems analysis roles where I can improve enterprise processes, turn data into actionable insights, and contribute to GRC or digital transformation initiatives.

I've supported HR and enterprise operations at International Maritime Industries, powered by Saudi Aramco, by eliciting requirements from 5+ departments and authoring 10+ functional specification documents for technical solutions.

I managed 15+ IFS ERP enhancement requests from intake through UAT and production deployment, resolved 20+ system issues with development teams, and built KPI dashboards for HRIS, Training & Development, and HRSS using Excel data.

Earlier, at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, I supported 50+ employees, tested APIs across system integrations, and audited government websites against Digital Government standards. I'm also interested in GRC and digital transformation, with project experience designing IoT- and AI-based industrial solutions.
