Adam Brown

I’m a Director of Projects focused on EPC/EPS delivery across Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects, from early planning through engineering release, procurement, construction support, and final handover. I build delivery certainty by setting project KPIs, running structured progress measurement, and translating interface complexity into clear execution expectations.

In my current role at Uni Production Systems, I lead project meetings and drive MOC implementation while managing variation and scope creep. I’m responsible for cost finalization in terms of CTR, budget monitoring and reporting to stakeholders, and engineering progress reporting based on EDDR and client interface handling to secure document approvals.

Previously, as an OilServ Oilfield Services Project Manager (2014–2022), I strengthened end-to-end engineering management and inter-discipline interface resolutions. I led engineering review meetings including HAZOP, HAZID, 3D model review, and design defense to project specifications, while overseeing procurement management across the procurement life cycle and coordinating Construction through Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and RFSU.

Earlier in my career at DESCON Integrated Projects Limited (Pakistan) as a Project Engineer (2006–2013) and at Descon Engineering (UAE) as a Proposal Engineer (2005), I developed strong fundamentals in project planning using Primavera Project Planner, document control systems, monthly progress and financial reviews, and technical/commercial proposal development. I bring a disciplined, systemized approach to handover and STQ resolutions, supported by regular site monitoring for progress, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
