At Universal Group of Companies, I lead simultaneous engineering projects across elevators, material handling, water treatment, BMU systems, structural works, and engineered equipment.
I manage projects from client requirements, quotations, technical proposals, and engineering design through BOQs, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and handover. I develop mechanical and electrical drawings, engineering calculations, schedules, and Gantt charts using AutoCAD and MS Project.
Previously at ZARAHH Group, I managed cargo, passenger, and hydraulic elevator manufacturing and installation projects from technical planning to handover. Across my career, I have managed approximately 70 engineering projects and led technicians, labour teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
My work includes Pakistan's first auto-pallet lift project, integrating four auto-pallet elevators, seven roller conveyors, and PLC design. I've also delivered high-capacity elevators, cranes, RO plants, steel structures, and remotely coordinated projects in Donga Gali, Kotri, and Hub.
