I'm looking to improve AI data quality, model reliability, and safety through rigorous audits, rubric design, root-cause analysis, and trainer calibration.

At Invisible Technologies, I audit AI training data, RLHF and SFT datasets, LLM responses, and RAG outputs to improve factual consistency, safety guardrails, and annotation quality. I also design evaluation rubrics, investigate quality drops, and mentor AI Data Trainers through calibration and feedback.

Previously, I led customer support and training teams across financial services, e-commerce, digital banking, and logistics for Western Union, Walmart, Revolut, Uber, and Uber Eats.
