What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data analytics and executive reporting work where I can build scalable reporting infrastructure, turn portfolio data into strategic decisions, partner with senior leaders, and develop analytical talent.

At Bridge Investment Group Powered by Apollo, I founded and lead a first-of-its-kind data analytics and executive reporting department supporting approximately 250,000 homes across 180 multifamily properties.

I build portfolio-wide dashboards and executive reports, consolidate fragmented data sources, and partner with C-suite leaders to define and track decision-ready KPIs. I also manage and mentor a direct report while staying hands-on with analytical work.

Previously, I standardized reporting for new development and lease-up assets, evaluated external business proposals, and delivered asset-level analysis, operational recommendations, and competitive pricing proposals.

My foundation in finance, economics, market research, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis helps me turn complex performance data into clear recommendations for leadership.
