I’m an information security graduate with practical experience in technical troubleshooting, system monitoring, incident investigation, and software and system support in fast-paced environments. I bring a strong foundation in networking, endpoint monitoring, and customer-focused problem solving.

In my experience, I’ve worked across manual software testing and support roles, then moved into SOC-oriented work using SIEM and monitoring tools. I’m comfortable diagnosing technical issues by analyzing system behavior, handling investigations, and supporting issueresolution while maintaining clear communication.

Through projects, I’ve built security policy and operations thinking—developing cybersecurity policy frameworks, defining SIEM monitoring and log analysis workflows, and outlining incident response and compliance guidelines. I also apply hands-on security skills with OSINT, web exploitation techniques, and Wi-Fi/network security assessments to identify risks and recommend mitigations.
