Led a team of 3–4 QA analysts, managed 70+ BAU and strategic payment projects, identified and escalated 80+ critical defects — directly preventing production incidents before go-live.
Contributed to SWIFT-to-ISO20022 migration testing and the GPS cross-border payment transformation initiative. Experienced in coordinating UAT delivery across distributed global teams spanning multiple regions and timezones — including remote collaboration across EMEA and WHEM.
Proficient in JIRA, HP ALM, SOAP UI, Postman, and API testing. Currently upskilling in Selenium WebDriver automation.
