Currently at BOA Bank, I test payment gateway workflows across ACH, RTGS, BACS, CHAPS, and CHIPS, validating API integrations, settlement postings, GL entries, and end-to-end transaction flows. I work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile teams using Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Finacle, SQL, and manual testing practices.
