At Sweed POS, I scaled the engineering organization from 30 to 160 people and helped grow the customer base from 150 to 400 retail locations. I led the company through SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II certification under a 99.5% contractual SLA.
I built redundant AWS infrastructure and increased release velocity to approximately 10 deployments per day across the rebuilt eCommerce platform, POS terminal, kiosk, and delivery products. I also implemented AI-based code review and test-generation pipelines, increasing test coverage from 10% to 85%.
At FunCorp, I built the engineering organization to 150 people and delivered an ML-based recommender system that increased average feed scroll depth by 20%. Earlier, at Lazada Group, I scaled engineering teams to 80 and migrated three data centers to a private Kubernetes cloud.
