I’m an engineering executive who has repeatedly been trusted to build and rebuild engineering organizations from the ground up, then scale and modernize platforms while developing future leaders. Over 20+ years, I’ve led globally distributed teams across the U.S., Canada, India, and Singapore, including a ~100-person organization at Wabtec delivering mission-critical cloud-native platforms with 99.99% uptime. I also led Amazon initiatives across API gateway and eCommerce, and I’ve owned complex platform modernization—most notably a $60M+ program replacing 30-year legacy architecture with cloud-native microservices on AWS/Kubernetes, improving scalability ~40% and reducing production incidents ~30% while maintaining 99.99% uptime.

I bring calm, technical credibility and a strong preference for practical, measurable outcomes.
