I’m looking for a data-focused role where I can build clear dashboards and KPI reporting, apply SQL/Power BI/Excel analysis, and use analytics to solve real operational and business problems—while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I’m a results-driven and Google-certified DataAnalyst with 13+ years of experience applying quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and data interpretation to improve decision-making outcomes. I enjoy turning complex datasets into clear, practical recommendations for the people who need to act on them.

In my self-initiated and self-employed work, I’ve managed and optimized campaigns by analyzing engagement, reach, click-through, and conversion metrics, then translating KPI trends and audience behavior into data-driven content strategies. I also build performance reports and dashboards to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Right now, I’m analyzing patient flow, appointment scheduling, wait-time, and revenue datasets for a private healthcare clinic to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend staffing and scheduling adjustments that reduce patient wait times and improve efficiency. I bring the same structure to marketing ROI analysis, evaluating ad performance and reallocating budgets based on conversion efficiency and profitability.

I also deepen my impact through projects like Sales Performance Analysis, Customer Churn Analysis for a fintech startup, and HR Attrition Analysis—using exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and churn/turnover indicators. Throughout, I rely on strong data cleaning, visualization, KPI tracking, and AI-assisted analytics to deliver decision-ready outputs.
