I’m a Bachelor of Counselling Psychology graduate who delivers compassionate, client-centered care grounded in therapeutic techniques. As a Peer Counsellor, I provided psycho-social support and short-term crisis intervention, using active listening and empathy to help fellow students cope with personal and academic challenges.
I also strengthen community mental health through workshops and outreach—developing and delivering psycho-educational sessions on stress management and life skills, and serving as a certified Youth Advisory Champion for Health to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma. I manage peer cases end-to-end by tracking concerns, mediating minor interpersonal conflicts, and making effective referrals to university counsellors when needed.
