At Digio, I built an HRMS-agnostic document onboarding workflow that connects Digio’s AI document parser and cross-verification system with Frappe and Odoo. It automates document detection, cataloguing, and extraction into HRMS records.
I also built an MCP server exposing Digio eSign as an AI skill. It translates agent requests into Digio APIs and supports signer detection, status checks, and the eSign lifecycle.
At KeyValue, I owned core AI experimentation and observability capabilities for Netra, an LLM observability platform monitoring 150M+ spans per month from production AI agents. I designed prompt versioning and release tracking so teams could connect production traces to prompt versions and update or roll back prompts without application deployments.
I built configurable LLM evaluation and multi-turn agent simulation workflows, and an intent-clustering pipeline to surface use cases and behavioural outliers. My other work included Golang backend services, a distributed token refresh service, a Text-to-SQL engine, and migrating embeddings from PGVector to Qdrant.
