I'm looking to lead and deliver BI, reporting, workforce analytics, and automation initiatives where I can build Power BI solutions, improve processes, partner with stakeholders, and develop high-performing analyst teams.

At Guidehouse, I lead 10+ analysts and own 30+ Power BI dashboards across workforce, utilization, forecasting, financial, and operational analytics.

I've improved reporting efficiency by 70%+ by building reusable BI solutions, automated workflows, and process improvements with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and VBA. I take projects from stakeholder discovery and requirements analysis through solution design, implementation, and delivery.

Before my current role, I delivered Power BI dashboards, MIS, and workforce reporting at Guidehouse, and led workforce analytics at Sutherland. My work has included revenue reporting, invoice validation, capacity planning, KPI dashboards, business reviews, data validation, and client coordination.

I also founded the VTV Learning YouTube channel to provide free training in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and VBA. I enjoy developing analysts through coaching, technical guidance, and practical knowledge sharing.
