At Team Computers Pvt. Ltd., I built and led Playwright automation alongside functional and database testing for Plam EUDR DFDD, a platform supporting EU Deforestation Regulation compliance. I also directed QA scenario design, review, and execution, and used AI-driven tools to generate test scenarios and synthetic data.
At DISH TV India Ltd.(Essel Group), I led QA across CRM products, an AEM website, and subscriber and technician mobile apps. My work included validating CRM workflows and mobile-app features, and improving QA processes through structured regression and UAT cycles within a CMMI Level 5 framework.
Earlier, I tested IoT and re-insurance products at Plasma Softech Pvt. Ltd. and validated reporting and deployments for planning and logistics platforms. Most recently, as a QA Consultant at Verdethos, I tested a supply-chain compliance platform, including geolocation logic and traceability scenarios, and used generative AI to accelerate test-scenario and synthetic-data creation.
