I'm building software on Axon's Body Worn Camera team, following work on high-performance genomics platforms at BioTuring.
At BioTuring, I designed and optimized algorithms for large-scale single-cell genomics analysis. I used C++, CUDA, Python, and Rust to improve computational speed, memory efficiency, and numerical accuracy.
Previously, I developed backend components for a cross-platform desktop web application at OPSWAT using C++ and Qt, with AngularJS and TypeScript on the frontend. I also used TeamCity and Docker to build and run unit and functional tests.
My earlier experience includes CUDA-based parallel bioinformatics algorithms, automotive integration testing at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam, and research in deep learning and machine learning.
