At PENA 4, I work on Epic physician billing, analyzing and resolving claim denials through follow-ups with insurance payers. I also submit corrected claims and appeals to address denials.
I manage aging claims, including claims over 90 days, and follow them through to payment resolution. This work includes end-to-end AR follow-up, from denial analysis to coordinating with payers.
At AGS Health, I managed claims under Project Barnabas Rwjbh using Epic. I reviewed denials and paid claims for reimbursement accuracy, compliance, and issues such as variable deductibles and coordination of benefits.
At Optum Global Solutions, I worked on denial management, claim billing, and appeals, including drug cases. I handled appeal cases from beginning to end until payment was received by the provider, member, or on behalf of the member.
