At Trubridge, I currently work in Accounts Receivable, following up on insurance claims and handling paid, unpaid, and denied claims.
In my AR work, I call insurance companies about outstanding claims, identify the causes of rejections, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
I document claim follow-ups, request physician documents to rework denied claims, and update payment history for paid claims.
My experience also includes denial management, AR follow-ups, and RCM. I use SAP, EPIC, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
