I bring 14+ years of experience in Piping Design Engineering across the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, with a strong focus on turning P&IDs into accurate, build-ready deliverables.

I’m experienced in Read P&ID, 2D & 3D layout preparation, piping specification, piping modelling, iso generation & cross checking, and preparing bill of part. I also work with codes like ASME B31.1 & B31.3 and perform STAAD calculation for piping supporting and equipment mounting.

As the Department Head of the skid modeling group, I lead the work end-to-end: handling clients and vendors, supporting shop fabrication related activities, preparing weekly schedules, and coordinating with process and instrumentation teams for technical issues. I routinely review 2D layout, prepare 3D layout based on 2D/P&ID, manage nozzle orientation and GA preparation of equipment, and ensure pipe routing aligns with the P&ID.

In my recent projects, I supported skid-based systems such as OLEON (Malaysia), IPCA Laboratories (Aurangabad), Yara Italia S.P.A. (Italy), and multiple ATFD/LLE and reactor-related setups across Europe and India. I approach delivery with team-lead capabilities, time management, and a quick, problem-solving mindset—so my outputs stay consistent, compliant, and ready for production.
