I’m a results-driven Mechanical Design & Piping Engineer with 10 years of experience across EPC organizations, engineering consultants, owners, and operators. I’ve successfully delivered projects in Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical, and Food & Beverage by combining piping design with engineering execution.
In my current role as Mechanical Designer II at Emerson Automation Solutions, I assist teams with layouts and detailed drawings for metering skid systems. I also perform stress analysis using CAESAR II, ensuring ASME compliance and supporting pressure drop, pipe thickness, and lifting calculations.
I’m hands-on with vendor engineering—managing RFQs, enquiry datasheets (EDS), and technical bid evaluations (TBE), while coordinating with vendors and sub-vendors through project delivery. I lead engineering submissions, manage schedules and deliverable tracking, and run stakeholder communication to review risks, scope changes, and action plans.
Across multiple projects, I’ve driven fabrication cost optimization—achieving 2–5% savings through design optimization—and delivered engineering documentation within schedule for complex skids and packages. I also support FAT/Pre-FAT activities, resolve punch points, and mentor junior colleagues to strengthen execution quality.
