What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead performance engineering for large-scale, mission-critical systems, applying cloud, observability, CI/CD, chaos testing, and AI-assisted automation to improve scalability, reliability, and release readiness.

I've led end-to-end performance engineering for AXA Equitable and DXC since 2016, supporting mission-critical insurance and healthcare applications from workload modeling through production readiness.

I’ve optimized Java-based distributed systems, APIs, middleware, databases, and cloud platforms to support 100k concurrent users and 1 million transactions per hour. My work includes performance engineering for more than 200 REST APIs, 80 application rebranding and migration efforts, and Azure migration for more than 300 web services.

I use JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted tooling to make performance testing repeatable. I also mentor engineers, review performance strategy, and drive diagnostics across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
