At JBK Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I own the architecture for a white-label auction SaaS serving 100+ auction houses. I moved client onboarding from engineering work to configuration, reducing launch time to under a week instead of 4–6.

I also led delivery of a multi-seller auction marketplace that sustained 10,000 simultaneous bidders in a single live auction. Today I lead a 20+ engineer team across backend, frontend and QA, while staying hands-on with Go, Python/FastAPI, and AWS.
