What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and deploy production ML and digital analytics that improve conversion, pricing, and customer experience. I want to partner with product and stakeholders to run experiments, create decision dashboards, and deliver measurable business lift.

I’m a senior data scientist with 9 years of experience, leading end-to-end machine learning development for fintech and digital product teams. I craft models, build product frameworks, and drive data-driven strategies that directly improve conversion, underwriting, and revenue outcomes.

At Payzen, I developed and deployed credit and optimization models (including XGBoost/LightGBM) to predict delinquency, attrition, and offer terms, and to power pricing and underwriting logic. I also led A/B testing, created performance dashboards, and supported production rollouts of AI-driven financial assistance and underwriting logic for a digital care product.

Earlier at Citi, I helped establish the Data Science team and drove digital transformation using clickstream analytics and AI to improve user experience and migration. I’ve also built forecasting, clustering/user profiling, and NLP systems (e.g., DistilBERT/transformers), including chatbot capabilities using LLM approaches to capture self-servable queries and automate responses.
