Virginia V.
@virginiav
Learning designer, writer, content creator & facilitator. I turn ideas into learning, stories, and experiences. Let’s make something interesting.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning & Development specialist, multidisciplinary writer, and facilitator working across healthcare, higher education, and community-based settings. I design curricula, workshops, and learning experiences that use storytelling, reflection, and conversation to explore ideas and connect them to real experience.
Writing is also a big part of my work. I’ve written and edited web content, managed websites, developed digital resources, and created communications for academic, professional, and creative audiences. My background in creative writing shapes how I approach all of it. I care about language, voice, structure, and making information clear without making it feel flat.
I’m equally comfortable shaping the larger learning experience and getting into the details: writing the guide, designing the activity, building the page, or figuring out what isn’t working and changing it.
