At Navin P. Shingi Transport Contractor, I manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for fertilizer movement, handling 5–10 railway rakes each month. I coordinate rake planning and dispatch with RCF, Coromandel, KRIBHCO, and Mahadhan while overseeing loading, unloading, stacking, warehouse operations, and transport planning.
I lead teams of 7–8 employees, manage labour deployment at railway rake points and warehouses, and monitor truck tracking for timely dispatch. I also handle GeM tendering and procurement, SAP-based E-Way Bills and E-Invoices, Tally Prime accounting, logistics MIS, statutory records, cash handling, and back-office operations.
Earlier, I managed branch accounting and customer collections at Shriram Chits and supported client relationships, account opening, and portfolio servicing at Almondz Global Securities.
