At Amazon, I spent 7+ years improving catalog content accuracy, resolving defects, monitoring KPIs, and creating SOPs and flowcharts that made operations clearer and more effective. I also trained and mentored new associates and contributed to an LLM training project supporting customer service AI.

I combine analytical process improvement with creative work through Cheers & Chats, the art-based community I founded, where I planned workshops, built a visual identity, and led social media content. I'm growing my UI/UX practice through wireframing, prototyping, and human-centered design.
