I’m an Account Payable Specialist and finance & accounting professional with 5 years of international experience in Accounts Payable, Supplier Management, and Order Processing across Europe, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

I handle invoice processing, supplier registration and documentation for audit and compliance, and travel/personal expense checks—working to resolve discrepancies in bank data or vendor details with accuracy and speed.

I’ve supported month-end close activities and strengthened reporting through weekly/monthly AP reports, KPI reporting, vendor reconciliations, and tools like Floqast and DMS/GEVS/IBTS. I also assist with NetSuite projects and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Collaboration is central to how I work—I coordinate with local and external finance/procurement teams, run conference-call improvements, and apply data validation to reduce PO processing errors and enhance supplier data integrity for successful internal audits.
