I’m an AI/ML Engineer focused on turning LLM capabilities into production-ready systems. I design end-to-end pipelines—from data ingestion and embeddings to retrieval and prompt orchestration—so teams can ship reliable AI features fast.
At PROPIO LANGUAGE SERVICES (FORMERLY UNITED LANGUAGE GROUP), I designed and developed a Multi-Tenant RAG-based APE system using client-specific translation memory, vector search, and Azure OpenAI. I built and deployed an LLMOps pipeline that improved efficiency by ~60% and reduced latency by ~35%, while lowering translation costs by ~40–50% and boosting translation quality (BLEU ↑ ~20%, TER ↓ ~25%).
Earlier, as a Data Scientist, I developed a Generative AI (RAG-based) solution to generate questions for an Assessment Management System. Using the LangChain framework and OpenAI ChatGPT, I helped reduce question creation time by 50%, improving teacher efficiency and optimizing the assessment preparation workflow.
