I’m a Full Stack Developer with 9+ years of IT experience building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise web applications. I work end-to-end with React UI and backend services, with strong hands-on experience in both front-end stateful development and API integration.
Currently, I’m at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for United Airlines, contributing to the Volare flight operations application through React UI development and production support. I also work on EFHAs, a Generative AI use case that processes flight events, identifies delays, and generates contextual, approver-reviewed customer messages using LangChain, RAG, and LangGraph.
I’ve built role-based, production-ready features before using JavaScript/React/Redux with GraphQL and REST API integrations, plus backend development with Python and FastAPI. I’m comfortable with requirement analysis, feature development, bug fixing, incident handling, and Agile delivery with JIRA.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Develops and supports React UI for United Airlines flight operations (Volare), handling flight status updates, gate and timing information, and production incident resolution. Also works on EFHAs generative AI delay-message workflow using Python/FastAPI and LangChain (RAG/LangGraph).
Built and enhanced enterprise web applications for Estée Lauder, including Material Compatibility Database (MCD) and RDS, using React/Redux with GraphQL and REST APIs. Contributed to requirement analysis, role-based UI functionality, data upload workflows, comparisons, code reviews, and Agile development.
Developed and supported a CTI-based React web application for Mitel (MiVoice Integration for Salesforce), implementing call-control features and UI state management. Worked with Redux/Redux Saga, integrated with REST APIs exposed via Open Integration Gateway, and handled UI-to-backend event flows, debugging, and Agile Scrum updates.
