I also built a CQRS and OpenSearch contact-search platform for 100K+ contacts, reducing API response time from five seconds to under 500ms.
Previously at Pipedrive, I improved Sales Assistant real-time notifications by migrating socket-based queues to GraphQL subscriptions. At Capgemini, I built and operated AWS serverless microservices for SUBWAY's mobile, web, and B2B channels, raised service test coverage to 80%+, and mentored new team members.
