I design and simulate high-performance mechanical components using CATIA, ANSYS, and CAD/CAM.
What I'm looking for
I've designed and analysed a multi-material turbocharger impeller in CATIA V5 and ANSYS, validating structural, thermal, modal, and fatigue performance under extreme operating conditions.
My project used functionally graded materials, including an SS 316L hub and Inconel 718/Ti-6Al-4V blades, with Direct Energy Deposition selected for fabrication. The design achieved more than 2.9 million fatigue cycles and natural frequencies above 1666.67 Hz.
Through internships at RINL-Vizag Steel and BHEL-HPVP Plant, I've gained practical exposure to mill hydraulics, CNC machining, steel-bar production, boiler assembly, welding, NDT testing, radiography, engineering drawings, and shop-floor safety practices.
