What I'm looking for

I am seeking a Test Manager/Project Manager role in Agile teams within finance or insurance to lead automation, improve test processes, mentor teams and ensure high-quality, timely releases. Prefer South India locations and hybrid onsite/offshore coordination.

I am an achievement-driven Test Manager with more than 15 years of experience in software testing across banking, insurance and finance domains. I specialize in manual, automated and big-data testing along with end-to-end test process management.

I have led and coordinated offshore and onsite testing teams at Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, SpanIdea, Infosys and Wipro, handling test planning, execution, regression automation and UAT. I design test strategies, RTMs and oversee automation frameworks using tools such as QTP/Robot Framework and Selenium.

I have a consistent track record of meeting project milestones, identifying critical defects, improving test efficiencies and earning client appreciation and internal recognitions. My project experience spans APIs, web, mainframe and big-data environments with hands-on exposure to performance testing and CI/CD pipelines.

I am focused on roles where I can strengthen test processes, scale automation, mentor teams and deliver reliable releases in Agile environments.
