At Aurigo, I led discovery and delivery of MassDOT's municipality portal for invoice, approval and payment tracking, replacing a paper-and-email process with a production application designed for 351 municipalities. I defined its workflows, permissions, MVP scope, roadmap, success metrics, dashboards, reminders, SSO access and source-system integrations.
I've also owned product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria and PeopleSoft integration defect resolution for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and other U.S. transportation agencies. Earlier, I built training and onboarding interventions for enterprise clients, and I now apply Python, RAG and LLMs to automate delivery work and identify product opportunities.
