I piloted multi-modal capture in Copilot and optimized prompt evaluations for AI insights, increasing adoption by 46%. I also led Scout agentic integration in notebooks, lifting the funnel by 23%, and instrumented AI meeting workflows that increased engagement by 14%.

I’ve delivered high-scale platform capabilities, including cross-device authentication for 150M+ MAU that reduced annual SMS costs by ₹30M+, a consent platform managing 1.5B+ privacy consents, and passkey authentication serving 70M+ MAD. Earlier at Aurigo, I authored solutions for U.S. government agencies that generated ₹60M+ in revenue and helped reduce legal and operational costs.

I enjoy connecting user research, competitive analysis, experimentation, and execution to build products that solve concrete problems. I’ve also supported the broader PM community by organizing learning sessions for 100+ product managers.
